Budapest Declaration

Noting that with the shutdown of the forums, no up-to-date copy of the Astorian Constitution remains;

Remarking that no living copy of some select amendments exist, making it truly impossible to recover the original constitution;

Addressing the current state of Astoria, with few positions filled and with no head of government;

Hereby dissolves the Astorian Constitution and the Celestial Order, and establishes the Temporal Dominion of Astoria, which shall have the current Astra Deus take on a caretaker role as both head of state and government. They may also serve as the executive, legislative and judiciary.
