RE: Embassy Closing Protocols

Date of Original Adoption: July 2, 1881
Date of Classification: August 25, 1881

Date of Declassification: January 26, 2014

Attention: This is THE official policy regarding the closings of Embassies of The Royal Imperial Directorate.

It has been the protocol since The Great Empire of The Royal United Commonwealth was founded that whenever an ally decides to close an Embassy, that said former ally shall be banned from The RUC, by The RUC, and The RID. This policy prevents former allies from unjustifiably raiding The RID, and/or commit acts of treason and/or terrorism against The RID, The RUC, and our allies.

Many former allies have pleaded and tried to explain their reasoning behind Embassy closings. However, His Royal Highness, The Most Honorable Emperor will not tolerate, and/or entertain such pleads and explanations. The Royal Parliament, along with the Royal Supreme Court, supports any decision made by The Emperor regarding the banning of former allies. This is in accordance with Public Act No. 121, adopted by the First Congress of The Royal Parliament, adopted December 14, 1882.

Even if a former ally closes an Embassy not out of an act of hostility, but for other reasons, they shall be banned forthwith. This is in accordance with Public Act No. 21, adopted by the First Congress of The Royal Parliament, adopted July 2, 1881.

Those who contact His Royal Highness, The Most Honorable Emperor, regarding why they were banned, or to offer an explanation will be considered enemies of The Empire. There is a reason why this policy has been declassified and made available to the public. The Most Honorable Emperor does not have time to explain, and should not explain His actions to those who are NOT a part of His constituency.

The Royal Parliament reserves the right to outright declare war on those who fail to adhere to this policy. This is in accordance with Public Act No. 3, adopted by the First Congress of The Royal Parliament, adopted July 2, 1881.

This policy is subject to change with or without notice of current and former allies, members of The RID, etc., in accordance with Public Act No. 1,019,850, adopted by the 60th Congress of The Royal Parliament, adopted September 12, 2001.

Signed,

~His Royal Highness, The Most Honorable Emperor Dennis the Great~
Sole, Ruling Monarch of The Great Empire of The Royal United Commonwealth
Founding Father and Supreme Commandant of The Royal Imperial Directorate
