Criticizing the PRP

Here is my long rant about the new merger between the People's Party of Callista and the Heisenberg Restorationist Party. This dispatch will cover my criticisms of the party dispatch, the future of Callistan politics, and the great truth of the PRP's upcoming campaign.
Starting with the PRP's Dispatch, lets look at the introduction. First: the logo is still the populist logo. Maybe they haven't released a new design yet, but a combination of the pink Star and Fist and blue Star and Torch could be easy to do. As for their preamble, I don't see a difference between the PRP's and Baloominati's. Who doesn't support interregionalism, who doesn't support government efficiency, etc. Write something influential or unique. Your introduction is a list of buzzwords.

Tenet 1 is one of the stupidest paragraphs I've ever seen on the site. It starts with the typical buzzwords and fluff of any campaign dispatch. Non-toxic and casual RMBs and all that. But then it starts talking about free speech. It starts fine, calling for a balance between free speech and RMB moderation, which is standard. But then it says views that are considered 'discriminatory' are exempted from the right to free speech. What is considered discriminatory? Is it racism, homophobia, etc? Is it something less or something more than that? In my opinion, Callista's laws toward free speech should be similar to NS' site rules, but specifically calling for anti-discriminatory speech legislation challenges my opinion. It's also kind of hypocritical, considering Arisyan's previous statements on a specific religion. Finally, the dispatch supports 'the rights of LGBT+ Callistans.' Why was this needed? I support the rights of ALL Callistans, not just the rights of LGBTQ+ residents. You're merging Callista's politics with real-life political statements, something I have ALWAYS despised. Why was this added? It's not like something like this has ever been needed in Callista. Carp hasn't even posted in weeks people!

Moving on to Tenet 2, we see vagueness and confusion from the PRP. They support Callistan neutrality but also want to continue to support anti-fascist operations. First: what is an anti-fascist operation? Is it a raid, WA condemnation, both, or something else? Second: how can we be truly neutral if we are profoundly anti-fascist? Of course, I despise fascism to my very core, but can we say we are neutral if we support 'anti-fascist operations?' The PRP also talks about regions being 'accepting' and 'inclusive.' Inclusive and accepting to what? Quit being vague and give the reader some actual promises or policies. Speaking of vagueness, the PRP talks about an alliance with the IOC, Just Relax, and 001 Alpha Prime. There are some serious questions about an alliance with these nations, including 'How would an alliance look like, how does this benefit Callista, and how is Callista neutral if we have an alliance?' As a side note, the tenet calls for the implementation of an Ambassadorship program, when the government already passed that a month ago.

Tenet 3 is mediocre. It advocates for the usual, small government, streamlining processes. But then it contradicts itself. The tenet argues that 'citizen-led initiatives are better for grassroots growth as a region' but then goes on to oppose 'voluntary regional moderators.' Wouldn't voluntary regional moderators be a citizen-led initiative? They should've argued that citizen-led initiatives are GENERALLY better for grassroots growth as a region, so it's clear. Also, the PRP wants a 'constitutional amendment mandating that the region may only ever have 8 maximum regional officers.' Why is this necessary? You never know what will happen in the future, we may need 9, 10, or 12 officers down the road. It may be unlikely, but anything is possible. That amendment would be pointless and a waste of time.

Tenet 4 is ignorant, but it has two tenets in one. It supports independent RPs, which is fine. More power to them. But it also calls for the Independent RPs to be moderated by Callista's professional RP moderators. This is in contrast with Independent RP legislation, which allowed the creators of independent RPs to appoint their moderators. Considering the current administration supported that legislation, this is confusing. Moving to RP advertisement, the PRP has inadvertently exposed the government's failure to advertise RP. I can't be sure if Roleplay advertisement has even happened, and if it has, it has failed. Why the PRP supports a policy they haven't managed to do in their current roles in the Allertania Ministry is beyond me.

We are almost done as we approach Tenet 5. My points regarding Tenet 5 are something I should've put in previous dispatches. For those who don't know, multilateralism is a cooperation between three or more groups. However, I still don't understand who these groups are. Is it the people, the government (PM, LPM, Cabinet), and the non-partisan officers (The Tsar, Head Justice, and MoRP) or some other combination of these offices and groups? Clarification on this topic is needed.

Let's discuss the future of Callistan politics. This section is brief but perhaps the most important topic of this dispatch. First, let's address the constitutional reformation process. Due to IRL events (School and Church), the process has been delayed. Although these events were out of my hands, I take full responsibility for the delay. However, the incumbent administration has argued that legislation will halt as soon as the campaign season begins. I refuse. I refuse the government unilaterally delaying any form of legislation due to a campaign. If the government doesn't want to conduct legislative affairs for two weeks, then they shouldn't be in power. Period. The reformation process will continue, regardless of their opinions and their campaigns. The process will continue as planned in my campaign dispatch. If the government wants to try and delay me, so be it. But I won't stop until the process is completed.

As for the future of Callistan politics, we are on the cusp of a two-party system. The political diversity of Populists, Balooists, Independents, and Restorationists has ended. Instead, we are now in a system of two mass parties, the Baloominati and the PRP. The one which succeeds will be determined by the voters, of course, but any resemblance of true political diversity is over. Whether that is a good or a bad thing is up to you, there are benefits to both. As for the April General Election, here is my prediction so far:

Arisyan / H Corporation - People's Restorationist Party verus Allertania / Baloo Kingdom - Baloominati of Callista

This section was what everyone reading has been waiting for. The truth is, that both H Corp and Arisyan have reached out to me to cooperate in either the April or July General Elections. For Arisyan, he reached out when I made that poll for whether I should run for Prime Minister. Of course, he had offered months prior, but this offer was made when H Corp and Arisyan had already agreed on a coalition for the April Election. This was telegrammed by Arisyan.

In case you're confused, Arisyan is offering to run with me while already agreeing with H Corp to run. He would've thrown H Corp under the bus in exchange for my candidacy. Fortunately, H Corp is not innocent of this sin either.

H Corp was willing to drop Arisyan from his ticket after a single term in exchange for me. Interestingly, he makes the same offer again. That second offer was made on February 16, around 20 days after the first offer was made.

What does this mean for the PRP merger? Officially, the merger was due to the similar ideological beliefs of both the Populists and Restorationists. However, this evidence may suggest the merger was more political than ideological. Without a running mate due to my purposeful ignorance, Arisyan may have been forced to accept not only a partnership with the HRP but a complete merge. This evidence also shows that both H Corp and Arisyan were willing to betray each other at some point in exchange for my cooperation. What does this mean for the race? It's hard to predict H Corp's and Arisyan's response to this document. As for their opposition, the Baloominati have plans of their own. Talks with Allertania confirm this in full.

What's their plan? I'm unsure as of now, but I do know one thing. I'm a part of it.
