Embassy Policy

This is a region made for Kelios and The Obsidian Highlands. However, anyone can join.

But if you want to be embssies... not gonna lie there's a lot of red tape.

To be embassies, you must:
- Have an embassy with both The Obsidian Highlands and Kelios
- Be deemed acceptable by at least one officer from each said region
- Be interested

Seems a little much, but this was supposed to be private. I only want people who understand to be here
