We are at Mundancy Stadium, where a humongous crowd from around the world has gathered. They are waiting for Chad Chadley II to come once again.

TV Commentator: We are at Mundancy Stadium once again! It was an honour cover TNPV XLIII, and it will be another honour to cover this TNPV! I can't wait for the results this time around! Anyways, president of Mesvice, Chad Chadley II, should be arriving soon.

However, he isn't coming.

TV Commentator: This is certainly strange. Chad Chadley II is usually really enthusiastic about this kind of stuff, so what's happening?

Chad Chadley II's trusty advisor, Stevie Sottings, runs up.

Stevie Sottings: (panting) Sorry everyone! But due to some unforeseen events, Chad Chadley II won't be available to attend this TNPV.

Everyone is shocked. One guy in the front row asks why he can't come.

Stevie Sottings: Well, random citizen, good question! Here's the story. So, Mesvice won last edition with Adele's Skyfall. As that was a Bond song, Chad Chadley II wanted to honour that, so he was planning to jump off a helicopter to arrive here.

Everyone gasps.

Random Citizen: Don't tell me there was a helicopter accident...

Stevie Sottings: Fortunately, no. There was no crash. However, when he was walking towards the helicopter, he slipped on the floor and broke his leg. He was then immediately taken to a hospital.

Everyone sighs in relief.

Stevie Sottings: So, that's how Chad Chadley II can't attend. But who will host? I can't host, as I'm merely an advisor. So doing some quick arrangements, I welcome you all to world famous Mesvicean celebrity... Nyar Nilsogg!

Everyone cheers loudly as Nyar Nilsogg, famous Mesvicean actor who acted in movies such as Pilot, Do Re Mi Destination, Dirk Dasher: 2050 and Cabbage Patch Kid, arrives on stage.

Nyar Nilsogg: Why hello everyone! Due to unfortunate circumstances, I have been called to host this TNPV. And I must say, this is a massive honour for me. I had never expected to host one of the most prestigious events ever! So, introductions have been done. Let the finals commence!

After a fortnight of voting, of the original 29 contestants will advance to the final round. After this, nations shall have until the 8th of January to cast their votes, after which the results will be publicly announced. Now, let's see what nations qualified to the finals...
