Welcome to the 43rd edition of The North Pacific Vision!
Welcome back to the TNPV! I am Mesvice, and I am pleased to welcome all of you to the 43rd TNPV. I have hosted this prestigious event before, hosting TNPV 36, so I hope that I will make this TNPV better than before. (Though don't expect a new format.)

I must mention that this edition is NOT a Christmas edition, despite what the banner suggests. It was decided by the official TNPV discord members to not make it Christmas themed, in a vote of eight to three. Of course, feel free to submit a Christmas song if you want to celebrate the holiday spirit!

I don't have much else to say, so I bid you all good luck in this edition of TNPV! Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays!

How To Participate:

To join, you must send a telegram to Mesvice using the participation form below. Be sure that your song complies with all the rules found below. There is no limit of participants.

Rules for participating. You...

• May only participate with one nation, preferably your main account

• Must be a WA nation. Exemptions apply to Ihese, Neonlake and Cleopatra VII.

• Are obliged to read the telegrams that the host will send to you as they will contain important information
  

When selecting your song...

• Remember it's not a Christmas edition, so you aren't restricted

• Make sure it's less than 6 minutes long

• It's not political, patriotic or religious

• It contains lyrics

• It hasn't been used before in TNPV or Eurovision. You can check here to make sure it's valid.

• You send your song via a telegram to Mesvice using the participation form. If your song fails to meet the requirements, you may choose another song.
  

When voting...

• You must send your votes to the host using the voting template (without the text in brackets).

• You can't vote for yourself

• You can't vote for a nation twice

• Failure to vote will lead to disqualification.
