Resolution Overview:
This resolution commends Riemstagrad for their continuous defence of their home region of Belgium, which is founderless and thus vulnerable to invasions. Riemstagrad has defended Belgium for over two decades, in which time they defended it when the delegate went inactive; created the regional military; increased activity; created the Belgium-Nederlands confederation; ensured that Belgium was part of important defensive alliances; and continued to defend it as Vice Delegate, including during an occupation by Macedon which led to the Liberation resolution category being created. In addition, Riemstagrad participated in defences of France and Imperial Europe by using cutting-edge tactics and was a member of the United Defenders League, where they helped to create a network of sleeper nations which was used to defend founderless regions.

This resolution is incredibly well-written and showcases Riemstagrad's invaluable contributions to defending and their impressive dedication to their home region well. Supporting is in line with our Foreign Affairs goals. Therefore, the ministry recommends a vote FOR this Commendation.
