We in Vogel tori welcome this new change. Vogel Tori was twice ranked #1 in the NationStates world for Recreational Drug Use under the model in place before December 2017. In fact, Vogel Tori was #1 when the December 2017 change took place, removing us from our top position, taken down like the albatross of Baudelaire. The Recreational Drug Use stat languished in irrelevancy since then, since it was not a competitive ranking. But now, in November 2022, a new leaderboard has finally come!

Vogel tori wishes to congratulate the first ever Top 10 under this new Recreational Drug Use model. We congratulate these highest-ranking nations on their recent fortunes and wish them more success to come. Here, they are immortalized and their achievements recorded for posterity.
