The Constitution of Warzone Europe

The people of Warzone Europe, in order to form a Union capable of peace, freedom, and stability within the Warzones, do hereby promulgate this Constitution of Warzone Europe.

1.) Executive authority is hereby invested in the The Delegate of Warzone Europe.

2.) The Delegate of Warzone Europe shall be the Head of State and Government of Warzone Europe.

3.) The Delegate of Warzone Europe may appoint Ministers of the Cabinet to assist with the functionality of the government.

4.) The Delegate of Warzone Europe shall appoint a Vice Delegate to assist with the execution of government functions.

5.) In the event of absence or inability of the Delegate to discharge the duties of their office, the Vice Delegate, shall ascend to the Office.

6.) The Delegate may be removed by a 90 percent vote of the Assembly.

7.) The Delegate shall appoint Guardians to assist in the protection of the region.

8.) The Cabinet shall have the power to declare war, make peace, and ratify treaties, and may set procedures for the enactment of such.

9.) The Delegate and Guardians May eject and ban nations from Warzone Europe for the safety of the region

1.) All World Assembly nations, Ministers,Members of the Armed Forces, and citizens designated by the delegate within Warzone Europe shall be considered citizens.

2.) Members of Raider aligned groups shall be prohibited from attaining citizenship. Exceptions to this may be granted by the Delegate, and to raiders who are citizens at the time of implementation of this document

3.) All citizens shall have the right to sit on the Assembly of Warzone Europe.

4.) The Assembly shall have the power to make law relating to the good governance of Warzone Europe.

5.) The Assembly shall have the power to recall Ministers by a 2/3rds vote.

6.) The Assembly shall be chaired by the Vice Delegate of Warzone Europe.

7.) The Assembly may pass resolutions on important matters for consideration by the Delegate.

1.) Judicial Power shall be vested in the Supreme Court of Warzone Europe (hereafter “the Supreme Court”)

2.) The Supreme Court shall have no less than one Justice and no more than 5 Justices

3.) There shall be a Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, selected from among the Justices of the Court, to administer the Supreme Court

4.) The Supreme Court shall have the power to overturn laws that are unconstitutional, render judgement in civil and criminal suits.

5.) The Supreme Court may hear appeals from lower courts, and shall be the court of last resort for all disputes.

1.) The Constitution of Warzone Europe shall be the highest law of the land, no other law may contradict or overturn it.

2.) the Constitution of Warzone Europe may be amended by a 2/3rd vote of the Assembly and the signature of the Delegate.
