Old Altistan: Have your request approved by New South Yukon (referred to in this document as NSY) or Kurdislavic Algharbistan.
Legion of the Regionless: Have embassies with Old Altistan and have your request approved by all of the regional officers, (NSY, Populi Voluntatem and Altopranoss).
Trebuchet Storage: Have embassies with Old Altistan and have your request approved by the regional officers (NSY and Roiko).
Chessboard: Have embassies with Old Altistan and have your request approved by the ROs (NSY, Berlin, and Glentkaif).
The Communist States: Have your request approved by Kurdi.
