Nolen, by the Doundalian constitution, First Consul of Doundaly.

After the historical and practical study of languages within our nation, we have concluded that French shall be our national language, due to it's many ties with the people, culture and heritage of Doundaly. We decree as such:

Article I

The recognized national language is French. English shall still be recognized as an official language.

Article II

All governmental documents shall be written in French, and an English translation for each document must be provided.
