The nation has posted at least 5 times in any existing Regional Message Board.

The nation (and their puppets) has used the Regional Message Board(s) on NationStates according to the Region's rules, and treats other Nations with respect.

Does [i]not identify with political, or social ideology universally deemed extreme, and/or evil. These include Fascism (such as Extreme Imperialism and Nazism), Stalinist Communism, etc.

Does not believe that the everyday citizen should be systematically oppressed, suppressed, abused, or killed based on any Race, Nationality, Sexuality, Religion, or Gender.

Does not openly support the 2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine on the side of The Russian Federation, or bear the same Z logo on their flag. This falls under identifying with "political, or social ideology universally deemed extreme, and/or evil".[/i]

Otherwise, they may join the region unless requested by the President herself. Their joining should be announced publicly, but this is not required.

It/They are actively threatening other nations,
Agreements or treaties are being broken between nations,
The Coalition member has the President's (Sakiria) permission.
