1. The Unified Districts of NiCrawlosis hereby pledges to deliver executive control to the elected WA Delegate should the region -

a. Be under no active invasion
b. House 5+ WA member nations
c. Have less than 1/5 regional government support for the WA government

2. Delegation is assumed by endorsement count

3. Unless under invasion High Minister / Founder will not interfere with regional affairs

4. Executive control will be stripped from the WA Delegate and regional lock down initiated should -

a. The WA Delegate supports the WA government
b. The regional government have more than 1/5 favor towards the WA government
