The proposed resolution, “Commend Karputsk”, commends Karputsk, a prominent Reject, for their extensive defending history, as well as regionbuilding and infiltrating the Black Hawks, one of the largest raider organizations of all time.
This proposal does everything right. It’s well-written, it has a killer nominee (that just so happens to be an RRA Commander), it’s well-researched, and it shows the extent of the accomplishments of Karputsk. Moreover, while North Polish Union argues that occupying Slavia discourages any commend for Karputsk, Slavia applied to leave the FRA right before Christmas break. Thus, it was not processed. The United Imperial Armed Forces invaded Slavia, and Karp, protecting a to-his-knowledge FRA region, took it back and secured it. NPU went on an anti-Karp tirade (that lasts to this day, 8 years later), however there is nothing about the Slavia incident that disqualifies Karp for a commend.
