Recommendation:
"Liberate A Liberal Haven" seeks to remove a secret password imposed on behalf of Lone Wolves United and The Black Hawks (both infamous for destroying regions) upon the target region, which itself replaced a native-imposed visible password.
There is such a compelling interest in removing the new password and restoring native control - first over A Liberal Haven's WA Delegacy, then over its borders - that this liberation is undoubtedly necessary. A raider sleeper took the delegacy from a native, and raiders have the historical target (dating back to even the ADN!) under their grip.
Taking into account internal discourse and a vote on the regional position towards the relevant resolution,
