Noticing that the Luqaquan independence movement has claimed the provinces of Luqaqua and South Luqaqua,

Realizing that the movement has gained popularity in Ropakstadt recently,

Wanting to give the Islamic State of Luqaqua a chance to gain a state of autonomy, whether it be through independence or not,

Wishing that the Luqaqua-Ropak crisis, which has resulted in 3,560 deaths, 31,040 Internally Displaced Persons (IDP's), and 14,672 refugees (these results were based off of estimates for the 2020 Report for the Luqaqua Crisis, published by the Ropakstadtian Government-Affiliated News Company),
