The civil service helps the government of the day develop and implement its policies as well as deliver public services. Civil servants are accountable to ministers, who in turn are accountable to the First Minister and the Chamber. All citizens are encouraged to participate in the Civil Service, in which they can get a chance at developing policies and initiatives alongside Ministers to ensure the wellbeing of the Commonwealth. The region can only exist and work efficiently with the help of citizens, through the Civil Service, which allows anyone to seek a job in government and better Heart as a whole.
