[size=120]• Endorsements [b]improve regional security[/b]. In NationStates, the Delegate seat is the main tool raiders use when invading regions. Every nation that endorses the Delegate is one more nation that the raiders would have to have on their side in order to usurp XKI.
• Every endorsement gives our Delegate [b]an extra vote[/b] in the World Assembly, which helps us to counter raider regions by pushing through
Liberation resolutions at the Security Council.
• And our Delegate always votes the result of WA polls on our offsite forum, which means you have [b]direct control[/b] over how our Delegate votes![/size]

[size=120]During August, TIBOE strove to increase the number of endorsement welfare reminders significantly.  At the time of writing, TIBOE has posted a total of [b]7[/b] reminders to endorse Wischland on the RMB during August and a total of [b]16[/b] reminders to endorse Wischland [b]and[/b] endorse nations under the minimum endorsement cap.  16 minus 7 yields [b]9[/b] endorsement welfare reminders! [size=120]This month's [b]primary objective[/b] was to keep the average endorsement per Islander above 25 and reduce the number of nations below 20 endorsements by 3.
This month's [b]secondary objective[/b] was to increase the average endorsement per Islander to at least 26 and reduce the number of nations below 20 endorsements by 5.[/size]

[size=120]As of the 30th of August, the average endorsement per Islander is at [b]24.54[/b].[/size]

[size=120]At the beginning of August, the average endorsement per Islander was [b]25.13[/b], meaning that TIBOE has [b]not met[/b] the former part of our primary objective or our secondary objective.  Unfortunately, the average endorsement per Islander has decreased.[/size]

[size=120][b]However,[/b] at the start of August, there were [b]42[/b] nations under the minimum endorsement cap.  As of the 30th of August, there are only [b]27[/b] nations below 20 endorsements. During August, TIBOE reduced the number of nations below 20 endorsements by not 3, not 5, but [b]15[/b] endorsements.  So, TIBOE has [b]met[/b] the latter part of our primary and secondary objectives![/size]
