The Callistan Cards Council, or CCC, is a pro-card farming and pro-collection cards alliance founded by Barlyy and Sorianora on February 25th, 2021. The CCC stands for card farming, and for pull events (PE’s), and takes a neutral stance on the inflation of international artwork, believing both benefit traders and collectors. The CCC believes in weekly giveaways, almost always occurring Sunday. The CCC also recommends that you join The Card Gardens.

The CCC is a Callista only group, allowing only nations residing in Callista to join. Nations must have 1,000 deck value (DV) to join the Council, as members believe this keeps the Council “exclusive” and a goal for serious traders. The #1 nation in the region in DV will become the Minister of International Artwork, a officerless position who will run the CCC. A nation is not required to be a citizen to join the CCC, however nations banned from Callista are also barred from taking part in the CCC.

Members of the CCC are not allowed to “heist” other members transfers or trades (trades with themselves)
Member nations of the CCC are highly encouraged to trade with its one another
Members of the CCC are to abide by the regional RMB rules at all times
Members of the CCC who are banned from the region will be immediately stripped of their citizenship to the CCC
