The National Soviet

The National Soviet, also known as The National Council is our national legislature. They vote on if laws should be put into action or not. There are 301 seats in The National Soviet.

Elections

Who gets these seats is decided in a national election that happens every 3 years. In these national elections every citizen above the age of 17 get a single sheet of paper with three options or parties and they check the box next to the party they would like to vote for. Then the seats of The National Soviet are decided based on which percent of the people vote for them.

Parties

The United Workers Party is the party currently in power and by far the most powerful, The United Workers Party is Marxist-Leninist. The New Progressive Union is our least powerful party and since its founding has been kind of an obscure party though in recent years they have been gaining more traction, The New Progressive Party is Eco-Socialist. The Coalition For The Defense And Sovereignty Of Sinograd (The CDSS) is a weird party because they agree entirely with The United Workers Party however they have one thing that makes them different, The CDSS believes that the most important part of a nation is its military, The CDSS is Stratocratic, or in other words, Militarist.
