The Interdimensional Community RP Guidelines & Moderation

The Interdimensional Community in order to maintain a fair and Just roleplaying Community within the I.D.C there must be specific rules and guidelines placed unorder to ensure a fair & enjoyable roleplay experience, as such this Legislature proposal will serve to be an amendment to the current existing regulation; the RMB-RP Reg Act. of 2021, as this amendment will both reinforce and uphold the expectations & requirements to allow for the continuous maintenance and revision by regional and moderation staff to ensure an effective use as a roleplay moderation tool.

The overarching goal of this amendment is to provide a reinforcement and allow for continuous maintenance of regional moderation and administration to provide a continuous and an enjoyable roleplaying community as a whole.




Moderation: These are the Roleplaying Moderation staff, the RP moderation staff are here to enforce rulings, settle and solve RP disputes and work with the roleplaying members of the IDC to consistently and constantly update, revise and agree upon certain RP rules, the following staff act as both Regional Moderation and RP moderation those individuals include:

Empire of Dogetopia = Regional Founder



Salizene = Regional Administrator / RP Administrator
Edmundian Pluto = Regional Administrator / RP Administrator
The Neko Imperium = Regional Administrator / RP Administrator


& The Kingdom of Seagulls = Regional Moderator / RP Moderator
The unholy nation of darkness = Regional Moderator / RP Moderator



By Joining into the region and participating in the Regional Roleplay, you agree to these following rules:

  1. Rules & Regulations

    • God-modding & Other forms of god-modding, not limited to:

      • Pre-Hitting: The act of pre-emptively attacking another Character, before they have made their action

      • Auto-Knowing: The act of Knowing everything about a Nation before you've meet them in-Character

      • Meta-Gaming: The act of Using Out-Of-Character Information, against another player In-Character

      • OP-Characters: The act of creating a Over-powered Character in-Character Roleplay

        • This Rule maybe Nullified in the case OP-Characters are used to push a Story-Driven Narrative or be the focal point of a RP Plot-Arc

    And other forms of God-modding Not Specifically Listed here, are hereby Illegal within the IDC-RP


  2. Motions of Illegal Roleplay Boosting

    • Tech-Fluffing & Magic-Boosting and other forms of Illegally boosting your nation, to a Higher-state than what it is are hereby Illegal within the IDC-RP. These acts are not Limited to the following:

      • Tech-Fluffing; (The Act of Declaring your Nation's Technology to be more than what it is in-Character)

      • Example Given: (OOC) A Nation declares out-of-Character of their technological Capabilities
        (IC) A Nation lacks the Technological Capability to achieve such a feat, or Has not Provided any cases prior to this action of their technology

      • Magic-Boosting; (The Act of Boosting your nation's magical capabilities to be more than what it is in-Character)

      • Example Given: (OOC) A Nation Declares, they are within a magical-Pocket Dimension & Bends it to their will
        (IC) A Nation Lacks the Magical Capability to achieve such a feat, or has provided no cases prior to this action of their Magical Capabilities


  3. Conduct & Communication.
    A Participant's Conduct and Communication towards another player is critical to foster a safe and enjoyable community, actions that encourage or show negative and toxic behavior towards another player will not be tolerated under any circumstances, these actions are not limited to but include:

    • Toxicity; The act of being generally harmful or Hurtful towards another player out-of-character or going out of their way to ruin a player's roleplaying experience, these acts are not limited to but include: Flaming, Baiting, Trolling, Harassment or Posting content in offense to NS Regulations and Guidelines

      • Flaming: The act of Deliberately harassing and trolling a Participant into a generally Negative reaction

      • Baiting: The act of Deliberately posting or making content to gain a negative reaction from an individual or Individuals

      • Trolling: The act of Intentionally posting content mocking or defaming another participant or participants

      • Harassment: The act of intentionally targeting an individual with the intent to cause harm


  4. Clause 1. Administrative upkeep and Revision
    In the case of a change in policy, Initiative or priority, Regional and Moderation staff are permitted to; Revise, Update, Edit, add or remove specific rules and regulations from this amendment to maintain an effective Moderation and Administrative staff with approval from the majority or all of the current regional and moderation staff for the goal of keeping a consistent, fair & Enjoyable Roleplay experience

  5. Clause 2. Moderation Abilities & Permitted Actions
    This Regions moderation is to provide stability, fairness and to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants involved, either being non-RP members or members actively roleplaying all Participants are entitled to their enjoyable experience.

    As Such Regional Moderation are granted as Permission and upon request and oversight to take action if violation of Conduct, Rules or Guidelines or in the case of settling issues or disputes between participants.


  6. Participation & Voidance
    This Region prides itself on the storytelling, and community within as a result we allow for our participants to sufficiently manage and control their own roleplays within reason this includes to the act of retconning a RP as well as permanently ending or "Voiding" an ongoing roleplay.

    As a result of this there are management requirements that must be meet and maintained.

    • - "Voiding Roleplay" A Participant's Roleplay can be voided if a participant does not feel comfortable engaging with another, or if by administrative decision has decided the Roleplay to end within reasons of moderation guidelines

    • - "Retconning Roleplay"

      • - Beginning: In the case where a Participant's Roleplay has just begun then within reason and within agreement of all parties the roleplay can be retconned without issue.

      • -Continuing: In the case where a Participant's Roleplay has progressed further along or if the roleplay itself is a critical storyline to not only the beginner but to all parties must agree to retcon a roleplay and must be done by Moderation oversight to ensure all parties agree to the terms and conditions, of permanently reversing a roleplay.
