[b]Overview[/b]
This proposal seeks to increase the quality of the world's environment, at the expense of industry by protecting the grasslands and grass prairies that support a wide range of biodiverse organisms. To help member nations with protecting tallgrass prairies, the WA establishes the World Assembly Science Program (WASP) that will help with researching, determining, performing, researching, communicating, and assisting member nations with maintaining and restoring tallgrass prairies. The proposal mandates all member nations with determining areas of tallgrass prairies, conducting environmental impact studies, sharing raw data with WASP, and maintaining tallgrass prairies with WASP guidelines.

[b]Recommendation[/b]
The author does an excellent job of constructing the reasons for the need for such drastic actions outlined in the proposal. There is no room for ambiguity in the proposal and the mandate is clear in what it does to protect prairies. 

For these reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote [b]For[/b] the General Assembly Resolution at vote, "Protecting Native Prairies and Grasslands".
