Elections of Prime Minister and Council

All of Anatasha's Government Council members shall pledge that they will heed and follow all of the democratic process of the election shown below.

1a) There will be a general election held for the Prime Minister in Anatasha every 4 months.

1b) There will be a general election held for the Government Council in Anatasha every 6 months.

1c) Under no circumstances shall any members of the Government Council or election candidates attempt to disrupt the electoral process. If found to have done the above crime, the member/members shall be found guilty and be punished under the law.

1d) The elections for both the Prime Minister and Council can be postponed for a month to three months in the case of an 85% favour for the postpone.

1e) All future elected Prime Minsters must only serve 3 terms.

1f) If the current Prime Minister dies or resigns from office, the Vice Prime Minister is to take the place for the rest of the term till the next election. If the Vice Prime Minister dies or resigns, a vote by the Council will be called.

1g) All future elected candidates will sign a form in agreement to this resolution.
