The Legionary Charter of The Sovereign Principate Of Hyperico [Replaced]
Section I: Hyperico shall be a sovereign principate lead by The Princeps
Section I: The full and official name of Hyperico is The Sovereign Principate of Hyperico
Section II: The official shorted name is to be Hyperico
Section III: The Demonym of Hyperico shall be Hypericoi
Section I: All Players with a nation in Hyperico are Citizens
Subsection I: Additional nations in Hyperico controlled by the same Player are not considered Citizens
Section II: Citizenship shall only remain valid as long as the Citizen's nation remains in Hyperico
Section I: The right to freedom of speech
Section II: The right to freely express one's political views
Section III: The right to freedom of the press
Section IV: The right to unionize and associate
Section I: The Princeps shall be The Founder of Hyperico
Section II: The Princeps shall be tasked with running The Principate
Section III: The Princeps shall appoint a Legate to run Hyperico
Section IV: The Princeps may make Hyperic Orders that may suspend or amend any Principal Edicts
Subsection I: Hyperic Orders may violate The Legionary Charter
Section V: The Princeps shall not be limited in authority or power
Section I: The Legate shall be appointed and removed by The Princeps
Section II: The Legate shall be tasked with running The Principate and its Principal Government
Section III: The Legate may appoint a Prefect to assist them in running Hyperico
Section IV: The Legate may make Principal Orders that shall not suspend or amend any Principal Edicts
Subsection I: A Principal Order may not violate The Legionary Charter
Section I: The Prefect shall be appointed and removed by The Legate
Section II: The Prefect shall be tasked with assisting The Legate in running Hyperico
Section I: The Principal Legion shall be made up of all Citizens
Section II: The Principal Legion may make Edicts that effect only The Principate Of Hyperico
Section III: The Principal Legion may elect a Primus Pilus to lead The Legion and ensure that Edicts are passed in a timely manner
Section IV: Edicts shall be approved by the Princeps, the Legate, or the Prefect by a simple majority between the three before the general vote
Section I: The Centurions shall be appointed and removed By The Legate
Section II: The Centurions shall be in charge of Centuries that shall help The Legate execute specific tasks
Subsection I: The Legate may make, merge, and dissolve Centuries as is Necessary
Subsection II: Centurions may appoint and remove, an Optio that can assist them in their duties
Section I: Legionary Command shall be comprised of, The Princeps, The Legate, The Prefect, The Centurions, and The Primus Pilus
Section I: The Legate is allowed to grant Honourary Titles to Citizens of Hyperico
Section II: These Honourary Titles are to include, but not be limited to, the following
Subsection I: Dux
Subsection II: Praetoriae
Subsection III: Evocatus
Subsection IV: Duplicarius
Section I: An amendment may be presented to Legionary Command to vote on. If a simple majority agrees on the amendment, then it is presented to The Principal Legion to vote on. if a simple majority of The Legion agrees then, the amendment is made to The Legionary Charter.
Section II: A replacement charter may be presented to Legionary Command to vote on. If a two-thirds majority agrees then, it is presented to The Principal Legion to vote on. If a two-thirds majority of The Legion agree then, The Legionary Charter is officially replaced
