People's Commissariats of Stalliongrad

The People's Commissariats are semi-autonomous government ministries whose function is to manage and administer the various state apparatuses. They are in turn divided into departments or subsections that refer to the main ministry.
At the head of them are the People's Commissars and, together with the General Secretary, make up the government of the nation.
A People's Commissar can only be appointed or dismissed by the General Secretary in office.
They have ample powers in being able to direct their ministry, although they must follow the guidelines dictated by the Supreme Soviet, the highest legislative body.
