Believing that the Cabinet should be expanded to include a regional member to handle purely foreign affairs:
Creates the Cabinet Role of Foreign Secretary.

The roles of the Foreign Secretary are outlined below:
- - To handle diplomatic ties with other regions
- To decide on and expand on regional embassies
- To represent The Slide Countries on the world stage
- To work with the Defense Secretary on foreign issues
Furthermore calls for a bi-election the day after this bill is passed wherein each party may stand for the role. In all further elections, the Foreign Secretary will be considered a member of the Cabinet.
