The Creation and Regulation of Slide Countries Institutions Act (second draft 30/10/20)

Realizes the need for businesses and institutions to be government registered and regulated in the Slide Countries.

Hereby:


1. Defines:
a. "institution" as a business, religious institution or political group.
b. "business" as an institution which sells a product or service for money, which is registered only in one nation.
c. "religious institution" as a group with a unified belief, or faith in supernatural ideas with set practices and ideas registered in one nation.
d. "political group" as a group with a group focused on a political party, ideas or beliefs registered in one nation.
e. "international institution" as a business, religious institution or political group registered in multiple nations within the Slide Countries.

2. a. Establishes the Slide Countries Institutional Board (SCIB).
b. Mandates that the current (at any time) Home Affairs Officer, Patriotism Minister, Vice President and President shall make up the SCIB.
c. Mandates that all international institutions must register with the SCIB by telegramming them with the following template:
Institution name:
Institution type (as defined in The Creation and Regulation of Slide Countries Institutions Act 30/10/20 section 1B-C):
Full and detailed description of services, or goods, or beliefs and full operational details.

All of the SCIB must respond ACCEPTED for it to be approved, and a DENIED must be accompanied with a reason.
d. The SCIB has authority over operations in the Regional Message Board, and in independent regions, with Slide Countries Branding, operated under Slide Countries Law under the Legal
Continuity act as well as the use of .sc web domains.
e. At any time, any member of the region believing that a business is illegal, or is damaging the Slide Countries must bring it to the SCIB, who must then bring it to vote in the Slide
Countries Assembly following an investigation.
