Naosu, serving as both Densetsu Nana of Shinrin District and Head of Medical Affairs, is a prominent Chudokuren official noted for her ruthless perfectionism, her uncompromising policies when it comes to medical research, and her unique interpretation of Aozoratarian ideology. Placed in command of Kyoki Chudoku’s medical facilities and operations, Naosu has also had extensive influence over various biological weapons projects, human augmentation efforts, and the analysis of post-Nightmare psychological disorders. She also serves as the personal physician of the Supreme Overlady of All Reality.
Naosu is an absolute perfectionist, also afflicted with a form of obsessive-compulsive disorder. She has an unrelenting drive for cleanliness and purity. She is also extremely ambitious, though her need for flawlessness can drive her to erratic behaviour at times. Coping with failure is not something Naosu endures easily, and she considers every such failure a fault eternally imprinted upon the fabric of history.
