A resolution to penalize conspiracy in our region

Recon reports suggests that the Empire of Eskeed committed grave violation of our Charter of Frienship and Mutual Cooperation. Activity report shows that the Empire of Eskeed usurped the seat of WA delegate in a immoral and illegal means. The country created bogus accounts to boost endorsements in the region.

Whereas, it is stipulated in the Article 1 of the Oberoesterreich Charter that:
"The Contracting Parties undertake, in accordance with the edict of Oberoesterreich , to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force, and to settle their international disputes peacefully and in such manner as will not jeopardize international peace and security.

Whereas, it is stipulated in the Article 2 of the Oberoesterreich Charter that:
"The Contracting Parties declare their readiness to participate in a spirit of sincere cooperation in all international actions designed to safeguard international peace and security, and will fully devote their energies to the attainment of this end.

The Contracting Parties will furthermore strive for the adoption, in agreement with other states which may desire to cooperate in this, of effective measures for universal reduction of armaments and prohibition of atomic, hydrogen and other weapons of mass destruction.

Whereas, the recon reports from the Staatssicherheit Intelligenz ( State Security Intelligence) ,furthermore, proves , beyond reasonable doubt, and validates that the Empire of Eskeed usurped power in an illegal manner and refused to explain himself or herself.

Whereas, it is stipulated in the Article 3 of the Oberoesterreich Charter that:
"The Contracting Parties shall consult with one another on all important international issues affecting their common interests, guided by the desire to strengthen international peace and security."

Whereas, it is stipulated in the Article 7 of the Oberoesterreich Charter that:
"The Contracting Parties undertake not to participate in any coalitions or alliances and not to conclude any agreements whose objects conflict with the objects of the present Charter."

Whereas, it is stipulated in the Article 10 of the Oberoesterreich Charter that:
"The present Charter shall remain in force for two-hundred years."

Therefore, as a deterrent, I hereby encourage every nation to condemn THE EMPIRE OF ESKEED and WITHDRAW ENDORSEMENT TO THE SAID COUNTRY

Furthermore, as the presiding officer of the Regional Association of the United Far Essos Assian Countries, I hereby seek the counsel of the region as to whether we will eject Eskeed in our region or will not eject Eskeed in our region.
