[spoiler=Ministry review][i]This resolution seeks to liberate the region of Syria as it is 
currently controlled by Hydra Main Command, a raider region. Despite it 
being well-written, we do not see any natives of Syria wanting their 
region to be liberated. As the author of the proposal, Kuriko, comes 
from a defender region which opposes raiding in general, and our region 
has an independent ideology, we believe that the liberation does not 
include enough arguments in favour. While Hydra Main Command might 
possibly be affiliated with the Nazi ideology, which cannot be condoned,
 such affiliation is not proven, and the liberation does not even 
mention the Nazi ideology. Therefore, the Ministry recommends a vote 
AGAINST this resolution.[/i][/spoiler]
