Veto Expansion Act

This bill will expand on when and how a Tribune's veto may be employed.

Section 1: Tribunes have an absolute veto over bills in the Senate, which may be employed against bills before or after being co-sponsored, when bills are brought forward for debate, or vote.

Section 2: A veto must be employed prior to a bill's passage by a vote of the Senate.

Section 3: After a bill has been vetoed by a Tribune, it may not be returned for proposal, debate, or a vote until the vetoing Tribune chooses to withdraw it or ends their term as Tribune by impeachment, loss of an election, or resignation.

Section 4: Tribunes may employ and hold their veto against as many pieces of legislation as they desire.
