1.
(a)Acknowledges that there shall be a regional cabinet

(b) Also Acknowledges that all parties must release a trial cabinet before the election

(c) Realizes that there is no specified number of cabinet officers a party must present

(d) Noting that this may make large parties release unnecessarily long cabinet list

2. Hereby;
(a) States the elected cabinet as follows:
(i) President (ii) Vice President (iii) Home Affairs Minister (iv) Patriotism Minister (v) First Delegate (vi) Defense Secretary (vii) Advisory Officer

(b) Notes that except for appointed officers, the cabinet shall not consist more than the officers stated in 2(a)

3.
(a)A president may only extend his cabinet through appointments, but with the approval of the Assembly

(b)Such appointments, as mentioned in 3(a), may be dissolved by a new president, if he wishes not to keep them
