The Seventh Amendment


  1. Executive Reforms

    1. Section I 3f of the charter shall be added such that the list includes, "To enforce laws passed by the region."

    2. Section I 2a of the Charter shall be amended such that it reads, "For the process to begin, the Judicial Official must declare the delegate in contempt, which they may declare when a docket has been brought against the Delegate.

    3. Section I 3a of the Charter shall be Amended such that it reads, "After the delegate is found in contempt, they shall be banned and ejected from the region for a period determined by the Judicial Official.

    4. Section I 2aiv shall be added to the charter and will read, "The Delegate can be declared in contempt for general unpopularity in the region."

    5. Section I 2av shall be added to the charter and will read, "The Delegate may be declared in contempt for not doing their job, as listed in Charter Section I 3."

    6. If the Delegate leaves office based off impeachment, resignation, Ceasing to Exist or any other mean that results in the removal from office, a special election will occur

      1. The Special Election must occur within 7 days of the created vacancy, unless the event occurs within 2 weeks of the planned WA Delegate Election. If that occurs, the election will be the planned Delegate Election.

      2. All legal voters with medium influence or greater may vote in a special election

      3. If a Delegate is elected and taken office before the halfway point of the current term of the Delegate, they may only run for one more term. If they take office after the halfway point, they may run for two terms

  2. Legislative Reforms

    1. Section II 1a of the Charter shall be amended such that, "true nations of this region" shall be replaced with, "legal voters of this region"

    2. Section II 5 of the Charter shall be amended such that it reads, "To impeach the Speaker, a docket must be sent to the judicial official."

    3. Section II 5a of the Charter shall be amended such that it reads, "The judicial official will then review the docket. The Following are valid reasons for Impeachment:"

  3. Judicial Reform

    1. Section III 3ai will be added such that it reads, "The sued nation(s) may appoint 'lawyer(s)' who can write and submit the defense for the sued nation(s). The 'lawyer(s)' may reject the request from the sued nations."

  4. Other Reform

    1. Regional Committees Article VI shall be repealed.

    2. The Press Secretary may be removed from their position and the NIC if it can be proven in a court case that they have intentionally objectively published a lie in the Regional Newspaper.

  5. The Department of Defense

    1. Abolishes Section IV 2 of the Charter

    2. The Defense Minister will be appointed by the WA Delegate each term of office, but may only be removed from office with the majority approval from the Speaker, WA Delegate, and Judicial Official.

      1. After the Delegate's term ends, if he is reelected, he has the choice of reappointing the same Defense Minister or choosing a new one and the same goes for newly elected Delegates.

      2. The Defense Minister will have the powers of Border Control, Communication, and Appearance.

      3. The Defense Minister must either be in the Top 15 for regional influence or be a WA Member to be appointed
