Further acknowledging that SB028 and SB020 were passed recently to lengthen the term to 6 months;

Hereby proposes SB047 - WA Election Contradiction Fix Bill.

Constitutional Amendment

Article 1
1. Amend the fourth bullet point of Article 5.1.1.5 of the Red Wolf Alliance Constitution to read:
    "WA Delegate Election; The WA Delegate shall be elected through an Endorsement Vote system. This will be held on NationStates for a 24-hour period. Citizens of the region shall endorse the declared candidate whom they feel is the most suitable for the delegacy position. Voters must confirm their vote with the Election Commissioner for it to be counted. The person with the highest endorsements that count as confirmed votes shall be declared WA Delegate. During the Election Period for WA Delegate, it is requested that nations do not endorse any other candidate apart from whom they want to be the WA Delegate, for the convenience of the Election Commission. The WA Delegate election shall be held at the same time as the General Elections."
