The Following System will be followed, with Fair economic rating as the base exchange

All-Consuming: 1.858 Fair Dollars for 1 All-Consuming Dollar

A list will be created of all the exchange rates of all RNEE members and updated monthly by RNEE members. The final monetary amount will be rounded to 2 decimal places.
