Terttia vs. Republic of Zamboanga Peninsula
v.
Republic of zamboanga peninsula, Speaker of Parliament
Republic of zamboanga peninsula (hereinafter “he”) moved from the region (The Democratic Union) with intent, circa June 30, 2020, 2:00 a.m., 2020.1 The court should also be aware of the fact that Republic of zamboanga peninsula claims to have lawfully regained citizenship thereafter.
Article II, section I, clause 1 of the Citizenship Act clearly defines the process of losing one’s citizenship: “Citizen nations that move to another region, including ejection, or ceases to exist, shall immediately cease to be a citizen.“ In addition, article I, section 2, clause 2 of The Democratic Union’s Constitution specifically states that one must be a citizen in order to be a parliamentarian: “No person shall be a member of the House of Representatives who has not been a citizen for at least seven days.”
Because of the aforementioned facts, Republic of zamboanga peninsula clearly lost his citizenship, and in the process, he lost his status as a parliamentarian.
I come to the court to have Republic of zamboanga peninsula stripped of his status a parliamentarian and all of the privileges and immunities thereof.
