2nd Amendment to the RMB Act

Acknowledging the great work of Who cares bro in drafting the legislation for the RMB Act Amendment (Bill #003), as passed by the Slide Countries National Assembly.
Realising, however, that some nations may and have exposed a gap in this act - that is, that it allows spam in the Regional Message Board to occur.
Declaring that the RMB should be used only for useful and helpful matters, and not useless and unimportant nonsense.
Hereby amends the RMB Act for a second time
1. Allows the usage of all minor swear words to be used on the RMB with no consequences, provided they are not mentioned in section 3 of this act and major swearword if censored. Anything not mentioned in section 3 is allowed.
2. Definitions
a.Defines anti-ideological statements as statements which decry the core beliefs of the Slide Countries; socialism, the love of supreme leader Aussandries and democracy.
b. Defines bigotry as any statement or belief which decries someone for their identity alone in a mean and non-constructive manner, especially if it is unwelcome.
3. Bans the following:
a. Anti-ideological statements.
b. Releasing sensitive information about someone (real name, age, address, contact details, etc.)
c. The use of offensive slurs such as n****r, f****t and c***k.
d. Bigotry on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual identity, sexual orientation, hobby, physical appearance, class, background or beliefs.
e. Needless, random and/or unhelpful spam.
Credit: Who cares bro for Articles 1, 2 and 3(a, b, c, d).
4. Defines spam - as mentioned in Article 3(e) - as either or both of the following:
    a) Repeated messages that clog up the RMB unnecessarily
    b) A message that is long or repeats itself, is unhelpful and is annoying.
