- 1)
- a) Realises that the Regional body has no mandate for a legislative role in regional affairs
b) Confirms the legitimacy of the Cabinet and Assembly
c) Confirms the necessity for democracy in decision-making
2)
- a) Re-defines the role of the Region as follows:
I) The region will remain consisting of all of the registered nations within The Slide Countries
ii) The region shall furthermore only have an advisory role in the final decision-making, rather than the final vote on assembly matters.
iii) Only Assembly Divisive legislation needs to be voted on in the Region
iv) All other roles of the Region are unchanged by this bill
b) Reclassifies the final vote of the Assembly as immediately enact-able into regional law
Summary: Reduces role of the region to an advisory body, increases legitimate nature of the Assembly
