What determines a states rarity? How do you make your card valuable?

This is a guide to cards for dealers and noobies alike.

Rarity

There is 6 rarities: common, uncommon, rare, ultra-rare, epic, and legendary. (ascending in order)

Rarity determination put simply is uniqueness of a state. As far as I know, there is an algorithm that determines rarity and uses factors such as: Population, Top 1/5/10%'s in categories, easter eggs, and endorsements. The higher a state is in the 1% of a category the higher the rarity they will be deamed. As far as I know significant contributions come from: W.A. Delegate, Founder, Issue author, positions in the W.A., and being an old administrator or editor.

Immediate legendary qualifications are being a moderator, admin, and issue editor.

Extra Info- Commend/condemnations affect your rarity (I believe that condemnations affect rarity negatively but am unsure)

Details- Issue author brings rank up pretty high (I believe minimum ultra-rare) along with other significant contributions. The most common way to be qualified as rare is to have 3 top 1%'s. Uncommon cards usually have a few 5%'s and or 1 or 2 1%'s. Common cards are usually newer accounts made by users or bot accounts.(maybe one 5% and 1 or 2 10%'s).

Value

For card value, there seems to be four factors: The flag, Your name, your rarity, and outside factors

Flag- Flag value comes can be three things: funny, hot, or animated/gif. It seems to be that gifs are the most significant followed by hotness (women and anime) and then funny. I can personally guarantee that if you have a women/anime-waifu your card value will be at least 3 times as much. Gifs also increase card value a large amount and funny flags can increase card value depending of if you're actually funny to others.

Your Name: Not too much comes from your name. Randomness and matching your funny flag seem to work best.

Outside Factors: Events such as money transferring between bot accounts to main accounts can be done on your card and inflate value, the only way to lower the value again is to repeatedly pay lower. If there is a limited supply of your card, people tend to want it even more for money transferring.

Rarity: As you probably know, rarity effects value.
