Amends Article II, Section V, Subsection I, Clause 2a of the Constitution from "The Senate shall consist of at least eight Senators." to "The Senate shall consist of at least eight Senators. The number of seats may be changed based on the population by the Commission for Ascenthian Elections and contested by a 2/3rds vote in the Senate.".
