International Art Competition

It is [b]time[/b] for Anskerdank’s first competition! Send that name of your nation’s best artist, and the name of the painting they have painted, and our panel of Royal Judges will decide who wins! The winner’s painting will hang in the halls of Anskerdank City Palace.
Conditions for entry:

1. You [b]must[/b] telegram me for entry. Send a link of this dispatch and write “I,[Nation Name], hereby enter [Artist Name] with the painting, [Painting Name] into the Royal Anskerdanian Art Competition.”

2. You must either be a citizen of Europe or a region with an embassy to Europe.

3. Only one artist per nation

4. You must be a WA member 

5. You need to draw/paint it yourself.
