Topeka - As founder of the Confederacy of Conservative Nations, Topeka oversaw the transition from the dead CCN¹ and partly through his recruitment efforts the CCN² reached nearly 90 members in a short span of time. He furthermore instituted the Discord and Senate, bringing an extremely vital part of FCN culture to life. Topeka shall be recognized as the Grand Founder of the FCN.

Gagium - As founder of the Federation of Conservative Nations, Gagium played a key role in the transition from the CCN² in the aftermath of Topeka's Destruction, provided a smooth transition into a new region for the exiles from the CCN². Gagium shall be recognized as the Founder of the FCN.

Knowing that future bans are unavoidable and will need to be deliberated.

Resolved - The Senate of the Federation of Conservative Nations hereby recognizes the National Populist Party as a legitimate political party and therefore requires the region to add the National Populist Party to the overview of political parties.

Whereas the ASP has two Senators counted in its membership, and,

Whereas freedom of association has historically been recognized in the FCN as it relates to political parties with multiple members,

Hereby grants the Anti-Seclusion Party official recognition as a political party in the FCN.

Whereas regional officers throughout FCN history have been warned, muted, deleted, etc. for breaking NS rules, discord server rules, and regional laws.

Whereas our leaders acting immaturely, irrationally, [redundant] this looks bad on the region.

1. Establishes a six-strike system for regional officers.

2. Three FCN discord rule violation leading to a warning is equal to one strike; An FCN discord rule violation leading to a warning is equal to one strike; an NS rule violation leading to a RMB/Forum warning or mute is equal to one strike; an NS deletion is equal to six strikes.

3. If a regional officer receives six strikes he shall be removed from his office and replaced as laid out in the constitution.

4. Any strike may be appealed in the regional court, but if a case involves a justice, said justice may not contribute to the ruling.

5. Strikes reset after every election.
