*old* Purpose for the region

The reason this region exists is to bring back, take over, repossess, and occupy/protect regions.
Here is a more detailed list of what we do:

• We take over regions that have been gone for a while

• We Will raid a region we find to be either planning to raid us, or if someone asks us to raid a region

• We Will go to region who are either founderless, Have no WA and no founder, Or just look like they need help

• We Will NOT tolerate any of our regions being disconnected
