Rights of Citizens and Residents

• Citizens are entitled by the Constitution to the right to vote in elections and referendums and to run in elections for official regional positions. Citizenship also grants the holder access to all other legal rights guaranteed under the law, including a fair trial.

• Residents enjoy the legal right to reside and communicate within the Confederacy, as well as receive basic protections under the Law, including a fair trial. However, Residents may not vote or run in elections or referendums. The rights of Residents are subject to the will of Parliament.

Responsibilities of Citizens and Residents

• New citizens require membership in the World Assembly or a declared WA puppet.

• All Citizens and Residents of the Confederacy of Free Nations are responsible for familiarizing and abiding by the Constitution and Law Code of the region. Furthermore, all Citizens and Residents are expected to act civilly towards each other; all acts of violent aggression, treason, bullying, or harassment are grounds for arrest and the stripping of one's citizenship or residency status, as determined by our Supreme Court.

I understand that any violation of the vows of this oath may result in the restriction or termination of my citizenship or residency status.
