A). Westphalia ACCEPTS all in-game embassy requests to the exception of:
Regions that have 5 nations or less;
Regions without a WA Delegate;
Regions less than one-month-old;
Regions that have the "invader" tag;
Regions declared as "raiders" by Westphalia;
Regions that propagate/promote racism, Nazism, or bigotry in general.
Westphalia reserves the right to make other exceptions/changes it deems appropriate and necessary.

B). Westphalia does NOT allow embassy posting under any circumstances, unless it's a colony/administrative region/imperial state/territory/region deemed part of the Empire, to prevent unnecessary disorder on the regional message board (RMB).
Furthermore, a nation caught "jumping" back and forth between Westphalia and any region solely for the purpose of responding to a post(s) will be considered spamming and will be given a "soft" ejection, followed by a ban should it continue. Nations are more than welcome to stay during conversations and leave when those conversations have concluded, but are not necessarily guaranteed the same protections afforded to citizens and/or permanent residents during their visit
