1: You must not insult others about RP
2: You cannot say what happens to others e.g
Military: I just killed all of your troops
Economy: I just crushed your markets
In War: None of my troops were killed because your troops all missed
3: You cannot fluff e.g
Military: I spent 200 trillion moneymarks on something when your GDP is less
Troop fluffing: I sent 10 trillion troops at you
Stealth fluffing: Troops are invisible
