• A justification for the necessity of the bill with regards to the Atlantis Codex

• Two co-sponsors

• Assent for discussion from the founder

For the bill to pass, two of the following requirements must be met:

• 2/3 majority

• Approval of the founder

• Discussion of the bill for one week
