[ARCHIVED] No more APC for Volt

Voltarium has been a member of the APC since early on. We have participated in some jumps and helped with the RMB recruitment.

But Voltarium is slowly declining. We are not fit to fight in this war, that was nothing to do with us. We barely maintain a functioning government, and barely any citizens to rule. If the APC expects us to help, we are not able to.

Voltarium does not condone the actions of the NPO. We do not like them, and may not have any relations in the future. We, however, will not be participating in any actions against them.
