All citizens above the age of majority (16), who are not currently incarcerated, or on parole, may vote in federal elections, as well as the elections of their state, and of their locality, upon presentation of valid ID. All elections shall be administered by the federal government, all votes shall be public, and electronic voting expressly prohibited.

All ballots shall include the names of all elected positions, federal, state, and local, as well as local and state propositions which may be up for vote. All names shall have a corresponding number before the name, and at the top of each list shall be a write in box of large size. Voting shall be done via writing the number and printed name of the candidate within the box, or of a write in candidate. To null a vote, a line may be drawn through the write in box. Upon completion of their ballot, voters shall print their legal name and address upon the bottom lines of the ballot, and shall sign in the presence of an election official, who shall in turn sigh as a witness. Any ballot which is absent of both signatures, or without the name and address, shall be null and void. All voters shall be presented with a carbon copy of their ballot afterwards, proving their participation in the election.

All public schools shall serve as voting offices for their area during elections, and all voting booths shall open upon 00:01 on the day of elections, and remain open to new voters until 00:00. Voting booths shall remain open to any and all voters still in line to vote at the time of closure, no matter how long the line.

If any member of government is unable to fulfill their term for any reason, be it death, resignation, impeachment, recall, or violation of oath, a snap election shall automatically begin, in which the day of voting shall be the 60th after the opening of the position, and the victor shall serve out the remainder of the term, however short or long it may be.

No person who is under the age of majority, or who is not a citizen of the United Socialist States of Tulov, shall be permitted to vote. Voter fraud shall be a felony, and any person who is convicted shall receive a sentence of no less than 15 years, and a т1,500 fine for every ballot falsified.

Upon passage, this bill shall take immediate effect.
