Petition No.1: Removal of an Inactive China

Subject: Concering the Activness and Possible Corruption of Filler

We, the undersigned, invoke our right to petition the Government for action by citing Article V, Section I, which reads as follows:

Senate shall make no law to disrespecting the separation of OOC and IC, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof: or abridging Freedom of Speech, of RP Canon Creativity, of Press, the right of the citizens to assemble peacefully, to express their desires to other citizens on cases of Thinking, and to petition the Government for certain actions.

Noting, that our current occupant of China has repeatedly come relatively close to the RP dealine mark of 10 days, and has even breached the 10 day deadline on occassion. (documented below),

Furthering, that the current occupant of China continues a pattern of RP to only continuously fill the spot and remain there,

Judging, that the minimal RPs of the current occupant of China do not develop the very important spot of China on the RP Map and further ruin the potential of a very important spot on the RP Map,

We, the undersigned, hereby petition to the people and the government of the Commonwealth of Liberty, to act in the name of fairness and responsibility, and remove our current China player with a further responsible and active one, to allow a significant RP spot to have an active and competent player.
